You do realize that the grand jury is attempting to establish if a crime is committed? That it is focused on establishing a minimum of evidence necessary to prosecute? And they could not even get that. That should be enough for you. But it is not.

All this is doing is delaying the inevitable. DoJ is going to prosecute eventually. And they will lose as well. Badly.
