The bottom line is the justice system worked the way it was designed. The case went before a jury and a decision was made based on the evidence at hand. Despite how loud some people scream, their volume does not make their opinion correct. We aren't in 1955, this isn't emmett till.
If the case wasn't presented to a jury, then by all means there should be a protest.

The truth is that none of the people protesting were present when the events unfolded. the protesters are basing their stance on a statement made by an individual who was an accessory to a robbery. The jury didn't buy it.
MLK said he dreamed of a time when his children would be judged by their character, not by their skin color. Well, I think it's pretty clear we weren't dealing with people of high character.

Oh really, people from 1940 on ARENT alive and more ?

It's not Emmett till but when you have a litany of young black males that have been gunned down by the state/law enforcement, for seemingly their existence, it should hopefully alarm all good Americans that something is terribly wrong with the way we treat some of our fellow countrymen.

The first step is to acknowledge that our disparities are actual and real.
