I never disagreed with the facts.
I said this rhetoric matched the facts. How he got to the facts though, and how he portrayed them was interesting, not surprising, and full of subtle racial stereotypes.
If you haven't noticed them, I suggest you read them again. Dude got himself a good lawyer and prepares good rhetoric to match the facts of the case

Been waiting for this shite. Was wondering what was taking so long. ... The white, crooked, racist police dept., DA's office, & forensic people all band together to get the factual evidence to the white killer cop so that he can manipulate his story to match the unbiased facts. ... You realize you just discredit yourselves every time you do this. I completely stop listening to your side whenever I hear this drivel.
