Gentlemen, ladies, we are at the dawn of a beautiful and spiritual moment in Pelicans history. What is this moment you ask? Well, my friends, we are about to feel a surge of momentum wave upon as your New Orleans Pelicans are by and far the best thing Louisiana has going for it, and they can save the souls of the lost.
LSU has crushed the souls of many this season, and the Saints have Louisiana in a state of complete frustration that can only be compared to a frantic state caused by demonic possession.
Louisiana needs a savior right now. Something they can rally behind and wash away the sins of the current state of bayou sports. Well folks, I think all who post here already know who can save us.
So if you see a friend in need, a pal down in the dumps, resurrect them from the depths of football hell and baptize them in the waters of the Smoothie King Center. Your new chapel for sports in the Great State of Louisiana. Time to pack that church every Mass and watch Pastor Davis preach the good word of Dunk 3:16. LETS GO PELS!
