Bergeron's is good......LapPlace is the Andouille capital of the state/world.

Baily's/Jacobs/Wayne Jacobs are all excellent probably the best....to say Jacob's isn't is absurd, IMO. Just this past weekend I used all three in a gumbo competition & won first place.

Seriously, where do you go BugAC if LaPlace andouille isn't up to par?

Bergeron's. I've had Jacob's and it was a little bland for my tasting. I haven't been to bailey's or Wayne jacob's.
