It is not rocket science. Some things are givens. This is not original, a secret, or profound. Square pegs do not fit in round holes! Recruiting classes don't always fulfill a coach's wish list. Great coaches are very skilled at evaluating players and if the best ones do not fit a coach's preferred scheme, take the blinders off and find a way to maximize the personnel you have. Be creative. we have one plan that we use game after game after game. We like to bang our heads against brick walls hoping that one day it will crack dispite that we keep breaking our own skulls
