It is not rocket science. Some things are givens. This is not original, a secret, or profound. Square pegs do not fit in round holes! Recruiting classes don't always fulfill a coach's wish list. Great coaches are very skilled at evaluating players and if the best ones do not fit a coach's preferred scheme, take the blinders off and find a way to maximize the personnel you have. Be creative.
