We got my oldest a really good wagon when she was 1...she just turned 13 and it went through 3 kids and we finally retired it.
Lifetime hunting/fishing license is always a good investment--it's much cheaper when they're under 5.

I'm going to second the lifetime hunting and fishing license.
This can turn into future gifts of guns, ammo, and fishing gear. Maybe you can take her on hunting and fishing trips.
