You just cannot grasp it can you? You do not live in BR. Your annual sojourn to visit Aunt Emma in Villa del Ray does not make you an expert in the practices, legal and illegal, of a tow company in BR.
Maybe some of the posters here are mistaken. Surely even you can see that all are not. When almost every poster, except the man defending his daughters right to park in her own drive, are against a business for shady practices, maybe they are correct.
There is a pot of gold to be found in local knowledge. Learn from it. Embrace it. Don't use your experience in being a tool to your neighbor's guests influence you on the practices of a company that you know nothing of.
That being said, I will bite. How many are towed legally vs illegally by RTC? Or were you asking a question that cannot be answered to enforce your toolnes? Your neighbors hate you. Don't feel as if you have to come here and make these people hate you too. It is not a circuit you need to close.

My neighbors would need to hate me if they did not park like a bunch of entitled assholes. If you block my drive way, have fun going to the lot on Claiborne. How frecan hard is it to park legally.
Given the responses here, I am 99.9999% certain that the vast majority of Riverside tows are illegally parked vehicles.
I am not a tool to my neighbors. They are the tools for blocking my driveway. If you do not have common courtesy because walking a few extra feet is too inconvenient, have fun going to the impound lot.
