All it takes to get a bad BBB rating is a bunch of "customers" refusing to consider a complaint closed.
All it would take for Riverside to get a bad BBB rating would be a lot of entitled assholes complaining about being towed for parking illegally and refusing to accept that fact.
Always look behind the BBB grade and look for the reasons for the bad grade.

Are you suggesting that all of the people are wrongly accusing some fine establishment of the same things continuously? These crazy people would surely do the same to every other business, yet don't.
I think it is time to start a new game. Park by the no parking signs at Zippy's. When the tow truck from Demon Spawn Towing arrives, drive away to the other side of the lot. Have him follow you many times. Always leave yourself an "out".
I have not yet figured out a point system for the new game. I do, however, feel there should be bonus points if the Demon Spawn driver's neck looks like a pack of hot dogs in the back.
