Holmes was not a sloppy fighter in his prime. His first fight vs Spinks he was lazy. The second one he was old and got robbed anyone who watched the fight knows it now and knew it then.

I thought Spinks beat Holmes about the same in their 2nd fight as he did in the 1st.
Leonard beat Hagler decisively, and I say this as someone who was hoping Hagler would win.
Leonard outpointed Hagler by a wide margin and made him look sluggish. I believe he hurt Hagler early with a body shot that Hagler never really recovered from.
