You'd think that a company of that size would have the forethought to test their loads in the conditions under which they'd be used.
Glad they are trying to make things right and hope nobody has been hurt.

They will step forward now, especially with the manufacture initiating a recall - that's usually when you start to hear of all the "field" accidents..
