There are classes explaining just how to get this or that Fed/state benefit. You are wayyy wrong on that claim. They know fairly soon how to use the system. Who do you think filed the first law suits against the State of La. for not having enough bi lingual teaches in its school systems, forcing financially strapped school systems to spend even more money. A clue: Not the families back home.
