What the friends said in the article isn't far fetched.

We've all seen it here. The accuser immediately gets blamed. Then, on top of that, we've seen how many sexual assault cases get ignored by the police. It all gives you a much greater understanding of why someone may not come forward after a rape.


Yeah what I said on face value isn't earth shattering. I fully understand why some don't report anything. It was just reinforcement that if anything go get some data from a rape clinic. I don't know the due process but I would think you could get an unbiased report based your injuries and possible bio evidence. From there you could decide to press charges or not.
