Yes. Well that and the fact that we live in the United States. You don't just get to accuse someone of rape and have them thrown in prison on the spot. Sorry. When someone accused of a crime that is basically he said/she said, all possibilities will be considered. That doesn't mean no one is believing the chick. Its just what's fair to all parties involved.

I never hinted that someone doesn't deserve due process. What I have a problem with is assuming she's lying all the time? Why not assume the guy did it? Men have raped before. Men have raped more often than women who have lied about it.
