This. It's amazing to think that the same group that can't afford a $350,000 1600 sq ft house in Southdowns also can't afford $10,000/year to send their children to private schools...
However, for those that can (or don't have kids), there exists a handful of neighborhoods that are rapidly becoming more and more attractive, not just to families, but to real estate investors trying to buy homes to rent out to tenets.
