Saying retard to a retard is like using the n word with black people. Funny thing is the group that represents them is the ARC: the assc of retarded citizens. Retarded has only recently gone out with the pic crowd. That is terrible luck but a truly funny story. Having worked with the ARC during the summers in college, I can promise you that the familes of special needs children have a sense of humor about their kids. Those guys do the craziest shite.
