I saw a guy who was obviously on a cruise by himself when I went cruising. I remember thinking it was funny, because he was walking around the pool and sitting by groups of people, talking and moving to other groups if they weren't receptive. He eventually found a cutie though, so haters gonna hate

But in general cruises aren't places to try to meet people. However it sounds more fun than staying home
