If it makes us less dependant on the Middle East and Venezuela , then I'm all for it. Jobs, prices,environment, etc are secondary to that imo.

With the recent discovery of massive reserves of natural gas along with LNG and GTL technology I believe this pipeline is already obsolete. Im indifferent to this pipeline and I work in the petrochemical industry.
