If you lay all the men that play sports out on a timeline based on ability (not possible), the top X% will get to play in college on some level in some sport.
That same X% of women should get the chance to play college sports.
They are better than the average female by the same percentage that the men are.
I don't think I'm saying my point correctly as I type this.

Yes, that is what Title IX says. People disagree with this.
I dont think the amount of opportunities that women get should have thing to do with the amount men get.
