If this was going off my comment, they did have IPAs on tap. Just seemed hard pressed to respond to me with a yea this one is a few days old reply.

I'm referring to a certain point in time a couple years ago when The Bulldog didn't have a single IPA on tap. I think tap handles showed a couple, but they were kicked.
