I need someone to handle my personal and business tax filings. Business is very small I am only employee outside of a couple of 1099 commission only sales reps

You could get away with a smaller firm for now. Would likely be cheaper and you would get the same service.
If your business grows significantly and your situations become more complex, Postlethwaite and Netterville is the best firm in the state for complex matters IMO.
