Change the battery. You likely need a watch battery - CR2032 or 2025. Just pop it open with a nickle or dime (there is most likely a slot for some device to pry open the FOB). Just snaps back together. Entire task (minus running to CVS to get the battery) will take about 30 seconds.

just tried changing mine on an 08 altima and theres no way to access the battery after popping the back off
