So are they just waiting until all of the kids get home from school and are going to announce at 5 or so?

That's what I'm starting to think - a lot of your regular working joes will be on the road at that point, so they may give them another few minutes - traffic in St. Louis is brutal enough without rioting.

That's my guess. All schools had to put a contingency plan in place with regards to the verdict coming out. Including having kids sleep at the school, etc.etc. and all sorts of other nonsense. So I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't going to push this verdict release back till about 5 PM.
