Saints were -1.5 at gametime vs the Packers

No you didn't. Because if you would have you would know that it was -2. Know who did bet the Saints that day? I did. At -2. Because that's what the line was.
I bet the game live when the score was tied. You're right I did not bet it pregame. I will post a screenshot this afternoon when I get home for credibility. It was $130/$100 live.

It's pretty easy to tell who the complete fricking moron is in this thread.

That injury totally swung momentum in the game
the interception did, which was made on a perfectly thrown ball on one of the packers favorite redzone plays. The interception had nothing to do with his injury.
Their inability to stop the run had nothing to do with his injury.
Their inability to stop our offense had nothing to do with his injury

We'll just have to agree to disagree.
Agree to disagree - dumb
You're literally arguing that the Saints were HIGHLY doubtful to win a game, at home, where the opposing team couldn't stop us at all

Highly doubtful that we win in a game where we scored on every possession, but one .
Posted on 11/17/14 at 12:37 pm to Zipfer2022
So you lied about the betting the game yourself and you lied about the line was then when this was pointed out you justify it by saying it is essentially the same thing as pick em while deflecting how wrong you were. And I need help with NFL betting?
As if anyone with a sportsbook account and access to covers.com can't tell you key numbers in football games (not just NFL) revolve around 3 to 4 and 6 to 7? What's next Billy Walters will you tell us that money lines for 2 point favorites are all the same or the money lines for 2 point favorites identical as they would be if the game were pick em? The worst thing about people that don't get it is they don't get that they don't get it.

I didn't say it was statistically relevant at all, I just said they "have our number" and they do.
Nolan, lewis, ryan, etc...they've been running the same defense since they drafted suggs and switched to a 3-4. and even then it wasn't a big jump...they lost Jaime sharper and some other guys, so they made the switch without missing a beat.
it's something to consider beyond the fact that they're just flat out better...and better coached.
also, the return of steve smith isn't something to overlook, he's also "had our number"
they don't abandon the run, they run playaction well, and even in down years, they play good defense...they're favored to win because they're better.
they're going to win.

Sure. Just say whatever you need to in order to fit the narrative that you aren't completely full of shite. Carry on

that game is an example of what this team is capable of when they're motivated and the payton calls a good game...we wasted a timeout a minute into the game yesterday knew it was over right there.

After Rodgers injured his hammy he was not the same
he had a 20 yard TD run after he "hurt" his hammy...clearly overselling it. He had to make throws he otherwise wouldn't make because the offense was consistently moving up and down the field and starting to score TDs so it put the pressure on the GB offense
I even liked the energy in the SF game...yesterday was an unmotivated team and a coaching staff that had no clue what it was doing
run that clock sean
Posted on 11/17/14 at 12:43 pm to TigerBait1127
then I misread...doesn't take away from my concerns with this game...the primetime spot gives me hope they play with energy...the team that was on the field yesterday was unmotivated, undisciplined and the coaching was pathetic

It really was pathetic. Just flat out boring. Can't believe I flew in to watch that crap
And i wouldn't touch this game. Gun to my head, I'm picking the saints at home on MNF

Am I correct in remembering that if we win this game, Drew will have notched a victory against every single team in the NFL over the span of his career? Including the Chargers and Saints?
Isn't Brett Favre the only other QB to ever do this?
...that's pretty cool right?

correct on the first, no longer correct on the second
manning beat the colts last year, so 2 qbs have beaten every team

Still, I'll take whatever little excitement I can get after the rollercoaster that is watching the Saints this season.
Between Tulane, LSU, and the Saints, it's hard to get it up for football each week.
At least we have the Cajuns.

Now that you realize the Saints are favored by 4 the same logic doesn't apply? Why not? Because it doesn't align with your view? Just like that other idiot Zipfer. You fricking people just spew unintelligent shite all day long I don't even know why I read this site something must me wrong with me. It's just me you guys, not you.
