Because their coaches are competent enough to allow their players to play on the national stage time and time again, so this attracts the highest talent that wants to showcase their skills and have their abilities refined by these coaches so they can progress to the NFL.

Simple, really.

Not sure if it matters if I post in here - But our Oline hasn't done very well with Mario Christobol coaching. I hear he is a great recruiter but honestly how many great recruiters does Saban need these days? I loved Joe Pendry and his Oline's way more than Christobol. IMO our oline has not been good the last two years.
