I dread getting old. At my age, I know that whatever pain I get from sleeping wrong or whatever will go away in a few days at most. I'm told that once you're in your 40s, pain randomly shows up one day and more or less becomes life from that point on.

I'm a healthy 45 year old and don't normally have issues. I think I slept on the sofa Tuesday night as I was coughing a ton and didn't want to keep my husband up ... but I've done that before and didn't hurt like this.
