Man that reverse sear is looking good. Hard to stear away from what you know with a good ole ribeye though.

I know we have talked about this here. If someone can give me the reverse sear method, I would appreciate it. Oven then grill? Or oven then cast iron.

I like my steak bleeding rare fwiw. Mrs House likes her steak just moo-ing slightly.
