Since he is a male, I am sure justice will be served. LINK
Army recruiter John Thomas McDonald II knew he was texting with a minor when he sent naked pictures of himself to her, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office. He even joked about it in a message to the 16-year-old student: “If I wouldn’t go to jail… I would totally ask you out lol.”
On Nov. 3, McDonald and another recruiter went to an undisclosed high school to speak to a class about joining the Army. Those in the class were asked to fill in a sign-up sheet and include their name, grade and phone number. A few days later, a 16-year-old student said she got a few text messages from McDonald identifying himself as the recruiter she met at school. Though she thought he was doing his job, the conversation turned to mutual interests and flirting.
Investigators say with the first shirtless photo he sent to the girl, he wrote, “Need someone to cuddle with?”
He sent the photos via Snapchat, a mobile application that allows individuals to send photos to each other that have an expiring time so they can’t be kept, unless someone takes a screen shot of the photo.
He then asked if she had lost her virginity and explained how he would preform oral sex on her, according to the report.
McDonald asked, “Wanna see something revealing?” and proceeded sent two naked photos of himself to the teen.

16 yr old victim? Meh. Legal in some states. Old enough to drive and work.

Recruiters get in trouble with the military for banging high school kids all the time.

How old is 16...really?

Why would anyone bang a 16yo if they are older than 18. I'd feel like a total fricking creep and I'm only 19.

There is far too much abuse in the recruiting program - you have junior NCOs - 26 - 28 year old E-5s and E-6s who are charged with the bulk of this work, under widely varying levels of supervision - they work in small shops, strip malls - they have access to government vehicles and these databases of high school students.
It needs to be reformed - they've had whole shops get caught up in this all over the country - exploiting and abusing recruits with only minimal (or worse, complicit) leadership intervention.
