MLB revenue in 2013 was $8.5 billion, they expect revenue for this season to be over $9 billion.


By comparison-
NHL- $3.7 billion
NBA- $5 billion
NFL- $9.5 billion

Seems like these two post go together. I understand NFL roosters are larger but I think the NFLPA needs to take some advice from the Baseball union during the next CBA negotiations

in baseball, a team generates revenue from 81 home games, and the average stadium max capacity is probably 45k. nfl 8 home games, 75k capacity, nba 41 home games 15k(i think) capacity.
