I have personally had my business broken into and a truck stolen, and I have had my son car jacked. I personally found my truck in the ghetto and my wife helped the cops catch the car jackers.

They didn't do anything of note in either case.

I actually have had quite positive interactions with the BRPD.

But I still cannot fathom the above story. This isn't some isolated incident. This is policy and procedure. Going to contact my council member.
