Probably the nicest MLK in the country. Was 6th Street up until 4-5 years ago.

Basically, its burger row just off of campus. Most of the fast food joints are on MLK, Tyson has a large office, Walmart corporate eye center is on MLK, along with many nice apartments.

You can take Razorback road from MLK and that takes you to Baum Stadium parking.

I have been to Fayetteville a number of times and can vouch for the fact that their version of MLK drive does NOT fit the stereotypical version of MLK drive that Chris Rock always talks about It is a nice road with no violence.
