Both of the kids have guns in their pockets, and one of them is severely outclassed in a hand-to-hand fight. It's a pretty scary scenario.

I also believe it is arrogant for us to believe we have Russia and china completely outclassed on the conventional battlefield. Germany was able to produce the worlds most powerful army, at the time, while under sanction. Do you truly believe that we know everything that the Commies have. I realize we have satellites and blackbirds but countries are very adept at concealing things they wish to conceal. The CIA's record is also not stellar on all fronts so I wouldn't take what they say as gospel.

Also remember that the most fleeting secrets are military secrets. Once something is unveiled on the battlefield other countries quickly figure out technology and employ it for themselves. The Commies have had over a decade to watch our conventional military machine work with everything we have in the middle east. It is foolish to believe they haven't watched us like hawks.

I once read someone write the following on going to war with Russia: fighting a conventional war with Russia is like getting in a fist fight with someone that you know has a pistol in his pocket. You don't know if he will use it or when he will use it but you know that it is there.

Russia is obviously drunk in this scenario, also
