You want someone who can move the ball. Period. And recent successful dual threat QBs (college level) have been at or near the top in passing efficiency--including Dak, JFF, RG3, Russell Wilson, and Cam Newton. Average or subpar dual threats aren't very accurate, just as average or subpar pro-styles aren't very accurate.
