It's North of the stadium but it's hidden on campus so you'll have to look for it.

I hate to be a dick, but Harmon isn't north of the stadium. Harmon is on the southeast side of campus, and it is due southeast of the football stadium (over a hill).

Thanks for the info guys. I was wondering how he came up with north of the stadium, but I found it on Google maps.

Right on. I still think my advice is better, as long as you are reasonably fit. Dickson bars are maybe 4 blocks east of that garage (Granted, it takes you over two hills that would be the most extreme hiking in Mississippi and Louisiana combined). If you walk across Old Main lawn on your way to the stadium, the topography isn't as extreme as it is straight up Dickson.

Save $20, and have your car waiting for you in the bar district. I do it all the time.

For reference, the dotted line at the far right hand side of this page is the railroad tracks which go right through the bar district. There are bars a block from the steps that lead onto Old Main lawn.

How strict are the cops with alcohol? Can I walk around with a beer during the day?

Its not New Orleans. That's a no on Dickson, but gameday I think most of the time you are safe with a cup.

Fayeteville was a much better experiance than Little Rock. On campus, nicer fans, etc. Tailgating is pretty much in a parking lot just north of the stadium. Drinks must be in cups. You get a solid view of the mountains. Cheap parking just outside of campus, west of Dickson street. There are garages.

We have Uber, but they won't be able to get you all that close to the stadium. Most of the streets closest are blocked to everyone but parking permit holders on gameday. A decent drop off point would be along Maple Street, near Garland Ave, or Cleveand near Garland. Bud Walton Arena might also be a decent drop spot.
