I'm sorry your small brain can't allow you to see that the offense has been scaled down from 2013 to this season because of the inexperience at our skill positions. Cam Cameron is not running any of the deep curl or in routes we saw Landry & Beckham run last season. It's obvious they don't trust the QB & the receivers to run them correctly. So in order to limit potential turnovers, certain routes & areas of the field aren't being worked. When the players show signs of being able to handle that aspect of the offense, Cam is will open up to using those routes. Until then, get used to seeing ground & pound.

I don't think people realize how many option routes we ran last season.

Beckham was an absolute master of the route tree and knew how to read a defense perfectly.

That Landry wasn't too shabby either

Then you have to have a QB who also understands those options. Even some NFL vets have difficulty with it. Henderson or Brees made a mistake on one in the playoff game@ SF that resulted in an int
