Miles is paid $5 million to win games.

If he doesn't win, he has a chance to lose his job.

He's going to play the player that gives him the best chance to win today, not tomorrow.

In his eyes, that's Jennings.

This guy gets it.

Even if splitting time causes a loss in the short term - something I strongly doubt because the current version of the passing game is largely ineffective and still turns the ball over - I still don't see how it wouldn't be worth it for the program going forward.

This guy doesn't.

LSU is 7-3 with still plenty left to play for this year. Contrary to what fair weather fans think, a season is not lost because we don't win a championship. It's not time to play for next year. We have a good team that suffered losses to better teams that are currently in the top 10. We are getting better each week despite the deficiency at QB. Miles will play the QB that gives the best chance to win next week...period. If Harris can contribute, he'll play. If not, he will have an opportunity to earn playing time next year. If he doesn't earn that, then Jennings will play until the next QB recruit comes in here and earns playing time over Jennings.
