There was a guy here several years ago who mistook a squirrel hunter for a deer and killed him. No charges, tragic accident, etc. he went on to kill 5 deer that year. Didn't mess him up too bad

Well I guess he didn't make the same mistake twice since he ended up with 5 deer

Accident or not, almost every hunter that is mistaken for game is not wearing Orange, whether the accident is on Private or Public property.
