Goldwater - depending on how you define him. His paternal grandfather was a Polish Jew, although he was raised in his mother's Episcopalian church.

Now, he had no matrilineal Jewish blood, and was not raised in the faith - but it's hard to deny Judaism walking around with a moniker like Goldwater.
