You're not just given points in the NFL. They recovered the ball at their own 45 yard line. Who's to say they drive and come up with 6 points, 3 points, or any at all? It's foolish to me to assume the game would have definitely turned out any differently if that would have been ruled a fumble/legal hit.
Sad thing is the game was 20-up and they had a chance to drive and win the game with a little over 2 minutes left and they failed to...

Not a blown call if you actually watch the whole video and not that 2 second snippet. The follow through is where the flag should be thrown.
