If they beat what you asked for in the application, and gave you a signing bonus, I'm not sure what position you have for further negotiation. It sounds like a good offer. I assume you simply don't want to leave anything on the table.
I mention the 401k and bonus as negotiating points. If they beat salary request and signing bonus, I'm confident they'll give you credit for vacation years of service. Only thing left is benefits. You mention they are similar, but I assume slightly reduced at first. It's the only card you have left to play IMO. Taking full compensation package into account, the salary you requested may have been low.
It's up to you at this point. The advice this very same board gave me was to not come off as greedy and accept the [better than] requested offer. If it's a good offer, you like the position, and want to jump ship, it sounds like you should take it.
