I think he said two weeks honestly, and unknown knight seems to remember the same. I'll look out for that when I see it again in 2 weeks.

Cooper only waited there, working on TARS and drinking beer for a couple weeks - I didn't pick up on the "2 years" you're citing (and, in fairness to you, I see "2 years" in other places) - so maybe she's coming from a time dilation location where 2 weeks to Saturn is 2 years relative to Murph.

The nurse told Cooper that Murph had been in cryosleep for nearly two years. Earlier in the film, the physician told Cooper that Murph would be arriving at the station in two weeks.
