He does seem to have to explain things a lot in the dialogue, but that's because no one would know what the frick was going on if it wasn't. You keep calling it dumbed down, but it had to be. You wouldn't have understood it either had it not been.
This thread is littered with you acting like you're the only person on this board who gets the movie. It's like you're trying to teach everyone about the movie instead of discussing it.

I'm not saying I'm an expert on this subject matter or anything, but I do have an understanding of it and am obsessed with these principles, so I think I would have understood it. Maybe the only thing that needed to be explained to me that future humanity was doing this, but that's about it.
