Xbox One Deal - There are stipulations (Pg. 2)

Looking to get the xbox one today with the promotions. Apparently there is a $50 promotion and a $100 trade in of old xbox to go towards the xbone. Anybody try this yet?

So it appears the Xbox trade-in deal is full of shite. GameStop isn't doing it and Best Buy will only honor that deal if you originally bought your Xbox 360 from Best Buy.
I called target and they are unaware of any deal.
So if you're like me and you bought your 360 from GameStop then you cannot get a deal to get a reduced price on the Xbox one
Edit update: so apparently that deal is only through the Microsoft store. So I have to mail off my 360 in order to get the hundred dollars back.
