Some of the yards and slabs floated last time the river got high.

Ask the homeowner if they had a river, seepage problem.

My bro lives in there and his neighbors was bad............

Not flood, just spongy ground

I'm sure flood insurance will be required there.

Yep. This was another thing that crossed my mind. I've just about crossed this subdivision off of my list.
