It very simple. Fournette doesn't have the vision Hill has. LF is more Alfred Blue than Jeremy Hill. If the hole is there, LF will get through it with power and speed. However, he doesn't see the cutback lanes, nor does he have the balance that Hill has. What made Hill so great was his cutback ability and ability to keep his feet even when he was knocked of his path. That was evident from his first game with significant carries (2012 vs. USCe) and it never stopped.
Great vision is what separates good RBs from great ones.
