funny how you "pot is not bad for you" morons ignore hundreds of studies that are far more strongly powered than a couple of "marijuana isn't bad" studies that are not well powered at all.
the bulk of evidence based medicine shows that marijuana:
1. causes schizophrenia
2. leads to depression
3. leads to addiction
4. CAUSES CANCER
but keep focusing only on the few studies that say what you already believe

Because of one statement with evidence that backs it up, I disagree with the notion that it does the things you list? You left of chronic lung disease, especially emphysema as well as cannabinoid hyperemesis, which I've seen lead to esophageal tears. Try not to read too much into a single comment before making giant assumptions.

No they haven't. You and this person (who you called stupid) are actually arguing a similar point. Schizophrenia is a complex illness that has multiple genetic and environmental causes. Marijuana is an important environmental factor that can trigger onset and lead to relapse. It is certainly a risk factor for the illness, but it is not a cause in and of itself.
