$680 for a family with BCBS/LA, individual policy. $5600 deductible, 80/20 coinsurance.
But the cost for the plan that would have copays was completely ridiculous. We met our ded 3 x in 17 years, including last year and this year. (Last year husband had hernia repair and then son had to have surgery on his wrist. This year I had one knee scoped and having the other in December. Get it while I'm in the 20%.)
