re: The decreased interest in baseball is evident on this board

The late 90s early 2000s trend of building new parks in gentrifying and central city neighborhoods will be great for attendance in the long run as well I think. The gameday experiences of bar hopping around in cities like Denver, Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh, Baltimore etc then going to a game is second only to tailgating on a Saturday for college football for me.
