The committee had an easy decision to make with the top 6. There won't that many SEC teams there at the end. They still have to play each other.
And honestly, if LSU pulls out a win against Alabama in two weeks, it can really stir some shite up.
That would put LSU at 8-2 with their only losses coming against 2 of the top 3 teams in the playoffs and a win against the 4th and 6th ranked playoff team
